Hey guys and girls, we have another great Cashbook update. Again, these are users' suggestions that we've incorporated, so keep the ideas and suggestions coming.
PURCHASE ORDER Numbers
You can now reference your customers' Purchase Order numbers (PO#) on your Invoices. This is very handy as it speeds up the customers billing processes knowing the work has already been approved.
ADD ATTACHMENTS TO INVOICES
You can now add attachments to the Invoices that you email out to your customers. You can attach pics of the work undertaken, timesheets, supporting information or anything you choose to send. Makes it great for Tradespeople to send completed works images with their Invoice.
File format is PDF, PNG, BMP etc; and three pieces of documentation can be uploaded in one upload. This means you need to select upto three items, then upload.
"MONEY IN" DESCRIPTIONS
Money in description fields now remember previous entries for easier inclusion. Just type the first couple of letters and previous matches will appear for your selection. It's a faster way of getting through your book work.
TUTORIAL VIDEOS
Tutorial videos have been updated and now include 34 short (on point) videos to guide you.
Just look for the Help dropdown menu (Top Right) and scroll through the topics.
Could be an idea to have a scroll anyway, just to see if you've overlooked any of the systems functionality.
